Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives totally damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right with a full refund.

  • Required Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos or video showing the damage or the defect.

  • Original Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging.

Full Refunds

Once we verify the damage or defect:

  1. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  2. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

  3. Please allow 10–15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items showing signs of normal wear and tear or customer-caused damage.

  • Sale/Clearance items and Gift Cards.

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, jewelry) for hygiene reasons.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
