Return & Refund Policy

At Trend Pixel Store, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the confirmed delivery date for both change-of-mind and defective items.

1. Change of Mind Returns (Non-Defective Items)

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you can return it under the following conditions:

Reporting & Window: You must contact us at support@trendpixelstore.com within 30 days of receiving your package to initiate a return.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping Fees: For customer-initiated returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right:

Reporting Window: Contact us at support@trendpixelstore.com within 30 days of delivery.
Required Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos or video showing the damage or defect.
Resolution: Once verified, we will cover return arrangements or issue a full refund to your original payment method without extra cost.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 10–15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Items showing signs of wear and tear or customer-caused damage.
Final sale/clearance items and Gift Cards.
Personal care items (e.g., specific hygiene-sensitive beauty products or jewelry).

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
